Following the arrest of a man who had been living on the green area of Pytchley Close, Brixworth, he was subsequently charged with breaching his sexual harm prevention order (SHPO).
Craig Richard Canning, aged 36, of no fixed addressed appeared at Northampton Magistrates’ Court today (Wednesday, August 14), where he admitted to five breaches of his SHPO, which all occurred in Brixworth this month (August).
Mr Canning was remanded in custody until his next court hearing on Thursday, September 26, when he is due to be sentenced at Northampton Crown Court.
