🌱 Save Brixworth Northampton Road Allotments! 🌱

Our beloved Brixworth Northampton Road Allotments, a site with historical significance dating back to the 16th century, are at risk, and we need your help to protect this vital community space! For centuries, these allotments have provided a place for families, gardeners, and nature lovers to come together, grow fresh produce, and enjoy the outdoors. Now, we’re facing an urgent challenge to keep this precious green space alive.

The proceeds generated will be allocated towards covering legal expenses aimed at protecting and retaining the allotments, plus any surplus funds exceeding our initial goal will be directed toward supporting the development of the site with:

• Additional Micro plots (for children/young families)

• Support growing produce for the local Brixworth larder (of which we are a key contributor)

• Developing and improving the site access with provision of more easy access pathways and raised beds
• Creating a communal Potting shelter to allow products/cuttings to be shared plus providing a meeting place on rainy days.
