General Responsibilities

- Ensure that the meeting considers the business before it.
- Keep control of the meeting.
- Maintain good order.
- Apply Standing Orders that the meeting is subject to.
The Councillors and the public present are expected to respect and obey the Chairman.
The Chairman must be firm but fair in what he/she does.
