Planning Committee

With the use of a large Community Hall there will not be the opportunity to display the plans in the usual manner. Could members of the public please view the plans prior to attending the meeting from your own home device, links are provided on the agenda.

Points to note for all attending:

• Please wear a face mask when you arrive at the Community Centre.
• Remove the facemask only when you are seated in the Community Hall on the first floor.
• Windows will be open.
• Hand gel is available.
• Social distancing will be in place.
• Do not arrive or depart the meeting in groups.
• Please stay safe as COVID still does exist within the community.
• Business has been kept to the minimum – our meetings will deal with essential agenda items only.
